Radio Voodoo offers a texting service to its account holders as part of an 800 number that is managed through the Radio Voodoo service. Users sign up for texting clubs through an 800 number that is called and by selecting an option that they agree to receive texts from an account holder.
What are Radio Voodoo account holder’s SMS alerts?
Subscribed customers will receive SMS alerts from the Radio Voodoo account holder that they have chosen to sign up with through a call to a phone number managed by Radio Voodoo.
How do I sign up for Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts?
The customer can sign up by calling the number that the Radio Voodoo account holder promotes. SMS message frequency is up to the Radio Voodoo account holder.
Is it free?
All Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts are complimentary, however, Msg & Data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don’t want to receive any more alert messages?
To stop receiving the Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts, simply text “Stop” to 558-40 or text “Stop” after receiving any SMS message. After doing so you will no longer receive any Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts.
What if I want back in?
You can start receiving Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts again by following any of the steps outlined above section: “How do I sign up for Radio Voodoo account holder’s alerts?” What if I want more info?
To request more info simply text “Help” to 558-40.
